Analisis Sifat Mekanis Piston Motor Yamaha Mio Genuine Part dan Imitasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai kekerasan piston motor mio m3 yang genuine part dan imitasi (npp). Piston pada mesin juga dikenal dengan istilah torak atau seher adalah bagian dari mesin pembakaran dalam yang berfungsi sebagai penekanan udara masuk dan penerima tekanan hasil pembakaran pada ruang bakar, piston terhubung ke poros engkol melalui connecting rod. Hasil analisa pengujian kekerasan pada piston genuine part didapatkan nilai kekerasan pada bagian samping 106 N/mm2, bagian bawah 124 N/mm2, bagian atas 137 N/mm2 dan untuk piston imitasi (npp) didapatkan nilai kekerasan pada bagian samping 107 N/mm2, bagian bawah 114 N/mm2, bagian atas 119 N/mm2.
