Graha Pelni Building in Surabaya city is an office building owned by PT. Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia which is located on Jl. Pahlwan No. 112-114, Surabaya City. This building not only serves the purchase and operation of PT PELNI but also an office centre. </em></p> <p><em>In an effort to handle the problem of the parking system in the Graha Pelni Building, a good planning is needed. Among other things, adequate parking space and the right form of parking pattern determination. The data that has been obtained will be processed into several analyses, including: Analysis of Parking Characteristics, Parking Accumulation, Parking Volume, Parking Duration, Parking Turnover, Parking Capacity, Parking Index, Parking Space Requirements, Additional Parking Area Requirements. The results of the analysis of the calculation of characteristics at Graha Pelni Surabaya Building based on survey data: The maximum parking volume for motorbikes is 71 vehicles / hour at 08.00 - 09.00 and cars are 58 vehicles / hour at 13.00 - 14.00. Parking index for motorbike is 137% and car is 126% 5 m<sup>2</sup>. Takalar https://jurnal.ft.umi.ac.id/index.php/jtsm/article/view/756 <p>Pembangunan bendungan diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, produktivitas pertanian, ketahanan irigasi. Dengan adanya bendungan di bagian hulu sungai maka kemungkinan terjadinya banjir pada musim hujan dapat dikurangi dan pada musim kemarau air yang tertampung tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan untuk PLTA, Perikanan dan lain sebagainya. Pengaruh yang ditimbulkan dengan adanya bendungan yaitu mengalami pengurangan debit air pada sungai utama dibagian hilir. Maka dari itu Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bendungan Pamukkulu terhadap perubahan debit disungai Pamukkulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mulai dari tahap persiapan dan mempelajari perhitungan analisis frekuensi, hidrograf satuan sintetik Nakayasu dan penelusuran banjir. Data yang diperlukan adalah data sekunder berupa data curah hujan data parameter bendungan, data parameter DAS. Hasil analisis menunjukan debit banjir yang masuk kedalam bendungan (inflow) untuk kala ulang 25,50 dan 100 tahun adalah sebesar 915,34 m3/det,&nbsp; 1017,09 m3/det dan 1118,08 m3/det. Pada penelusuran banjir dilakukan dengan&nbsp; kondisi tinggi muka air normal dengan kala ulang yang sama secara berurutan debit banjir (outflow) yang dihasilkan &nbsp;sebesar 702,19 m3/det, 752,44 m3/det dan 807,68 m3/det.
