Abstract

Good and clear information is a desirable factor in carrying out speech activities, so it does not cause other perceptions in translating it. This is the challenge faced by listeners, which means the voice of speech into language units that have a meaning. Speech signal is a signal produced by a human voice that works at frequencies ranging from 0 - 5000 Hz. Human speech is produced by a production system formed by human utensils. Human voice is a continuous form of sound waves in which a series of changes are harmonic at the basic frequency called formant. The formant is a determinant of various variations of pronunciation. The formant parameters found in human voices are the determinants of various variations of vocal and shift pronunciation. This parameter, developed for various sound models with the term formant synthesizer. The process for development is the process of processing or digital signal processing. The effect of formant parameters in the conversion of speech signals for conversion to various types of desired sounds such as for dubing to get another voice by converting with the help of snack software. The speech signal in terms of converting it is based on formant parameters based on Glottal wave derivative transformation with the L.Fant Method. The Formant parameter is set according to the desired sound type and determines the speed quotient and open Qoutient for synthesis. Voice conversion to get other sound patterns is from a range that varies between 0.8 - 1.5 or depending on the desired sound conversion. For example the conversion of sounds from male voices to women's voices or vice versa.
