PENENTUAN POSISI STRATEGI LINGKUNGAN INTERNAL DAN EKSTERNAL IBNU SINA UNTUK PENGEMBANGAN E-HEALTH
The challenge of improving the quality of Hospital services, the element of ICT can be a consideration of choice in collaborating between the role of ICT and the role of HR. The health system process that involves ICT as a tool to facilitate the process of communication and transactions to the public, is now known as e-health. This system provides many benefits, both to the government, business organizations and society at large. Where, all parties can search and find out information and make transactions anytime and anywhere. E-health services include the use of data transmitted digitally. Data that is stored and retrieved electronically, is used for the benefit of treatment, education and administration both locally and remotely. In this study, good strategic planning requires comprehensive environmental data and appropriate formulation methods. Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT), is an appropriate strategy analysis model used for the formulation of strategies in the development of Ibn Sina Hospital's e-health. The results of the analysis are obtained, that in the internal environment, as well as the external environment, it is very supportive to be developed ehealth and the strategy position that must be done is SO (Strength-Opportunities), where the strength factors that have to be used as much as possible to take advantage of opportunity factors given by the external environment.
